Semantics

• Read through customers.list, written through customers.create over MCP and through the UI.
• customers.create is an agent-callable write with no confirmation step. That is a known gap: an agent acting on a misread instruction can add a row. The mitigation today is the audit trail, not a gate.

Open

The table is deliberately thin. The conversation model (threads, messages) is richer than the CRM it talks about, which is the right order to build in — but it means most "show me the customers" answers are still one flat list.
