• Replaced the single thin architecture.md with a full OKF bundle for simple-lms — 27 concepts across the service root, data-model/ and screens/.
• Restructured architecture from Service to Architecture and kept every verified fact it held: the register migration is complete, the money flows were verified against the plugin's ledger on the deployed tenant, the RBAC seam is rbac.RoleProvisioner, and the register declares Core() == true (the flip is one line, deferred not decided).
• Created: service (who uses it, runtime shape, boot order, config, what it refuses to be), RBAC (the 22-resource catalogue table, four roles, scope semantics, both caches), money (posting/void flows, boxes, period close, transfers and the exchange flag), settings, deployment, testing, i18n.
• Created: data-model/ — index with an ER diagram plus one concept per domain group (identity, school structure, students, money, attendance, marks, buses, settings, audit, plugin tables).
• Created: screens/ — index plus one Screen Set per area, each a table of method + path + RBAC gate read from routes_*.go.
• Rebuilt index.md as the directory listing (no frontmatter; only the bundle root /index.md carries okf_version).
• Not determined and recorded as such in-line: the re_* column lists (the plugin is a separate private module, not read for this pass), the transfer-leg meta keys beyond {exchange, rate}, any scripted demo-reset for test-lms, and whether CI enforces en/ar key-set parity.
